Motion Sickness - Acupressure
P6, pulsed acupressure, relieves symptoms of car sickness, sea sickness, boat sickness and airplane sickness (the P6, Neiguan point, is on the pericardial meridian, about 3 cm from the distant palmer crease of the wrist, between the palmaris longus and flexor carpi radialis tendons). The pulsed acupressure means that the experimenter or therapist manually presses the local acupressure point at rhythmic intervals of applied one finger pressure with about 1 push per second.
