Brudysec® 1.5 grams (Brudy Laboratories, Barcelona, Spain) containing DHA (350 mg) / EPA (42.5 mg) combined with antioxidants (vitamins A, C and E, tyrosine, cysteine, glutathione, zinc, copper, manganese and selenium) in each capsule taken with each meal (3 capsules total daily). Dry Eye Syndrome - omega-3 fatty acids - 49814

Omega 3 fatty acids 1 capsule (325 mg and DHA 175 mg) twice daily significantly improved tear film stability and symptom improvement, with only a slight, nonsignificant increase in average tear production.
